He had a problem with the headset. The POS was DOA and it was new! Microsoft has quality control issues! We worked it out and we\'re happy. So summary: he\'s a great trustworthy guy and was very understanding when he found out that the headset did not work. Anyone who wants to trade with him should trade with him! If he asks if you could ship first, I would not hesitate. Make sure he\'s the right person though or it would majorly suck if someone decided to use his heatware ID to scam you.
