Bought a Liteon 12x10x32x CDRW from Dean

I was not happy about this deal at all. I Paypaled Dean for the drive on Aug 26th. When I did not get delivery of the CDRW in a week, I PM'ed him and asked for the tracking #. Response was slow and he told me he was out of town and would get me the tracking number soon. This went on several more times with him promising a tracking number and not supplying it. Finally, on Sept. 8th he PM's me with a tracking# which does not show up on USPS's web site. I ask him what's up with this and told him I hope that he did not just send this out 2 weeks later. I never heard back from him and two days later the drive showed up. Yes, he apparently was never truthful to me as to when he shipped the CDRW which was on Sept 9th, a week after I first asked for a tracking # and almost two weeks from the date of payment. The drive also was shipped in the retail box that you get from the store and the software CD was just thrown in the box loose, no sleeve, case, or packing material. This all adds up to a deal that I was very unhappy about, especially the slow communication which never told me the truth about the status of the drive. I will not deal with Deanjen again.

Bought Mobo and CPU

Very disappointed with Dean Jen will never trade with him again, In the end I was thieved for 130.00. Was lied to many times about when things were shipped and money received. When I finally received Mobo and Cpu they were dead. I sent them back, I was told I was receiving a refund, It never got here. It seems like the U.S.P.S. does not like Dean Jen. Because when he says he shipped something it arrives 7-10 days later. It sounds like Dean Jen is untruthful. I lost $130.00 in this deal, I recommend no one else to trade with him, I wont.
