Well where to begin, first off Jen has been one of the most responsive forum members that I have made a purchase with.

She answered everyone of my questions, promptly and with great detail.

For shipping she was willing to upgrade her shipping methods to FEDEX 2nd Day (at my expense), some traders wouldn\'t want to be bothered with this but she was more than willing to do so.

She then followed up with a wonderful description on how well the item was packed and to be careful with how I open the package to make sure I don\'t cut / damage the items.

Package arrived in a very well packed box, everything was properly separated by foam dividers.

The items are working great and now I have my first building block for a good SAS Raid setup.

Please take my word, Jen is a very honest and easy to deal with trader. Would gladly do business with her again.
