Kaltek is an excellent person to sell a product to. He paid quickly, via Paypal, and even asked me about my next purchase, an XPS 700, because he was worried of the ship date for the new machines, more than a month away.

After the Fed-Ex fiasco, he immediately asked me what occured without pointing the finger at me, which what had happened is I sent the laptop via Fed-Ex, insured, yet apparently the Fed-Ex lady didn\\\'t pack it with foam or peanuts, despite me telling her it was a laptop.

Kaltek took matters into this own hands and is having the computer repaired through Dell, instead of having me deal with Fed-Ex or Dell myself, terrific businessman!

Would do business again with in the future.

Trade went well, Kal delivered to my mother\'s because I was moving (which is also why this heat ref took so long to reply to) back home.

There were some problems with the XPS upon delivery... but it all worked out in the end. Kal is great guy, and would do business with in the future again.

I am deployed overseas, he shipped the computer to my wife, she checked it out and it didnt work. She shipped it back, during shipping to him some parts came loose inside the case. He reseated them, it worked for him. I had him ship it to a 3rd party to check it out. they recieved it and there was some things wrong with it, the 3rd party fixed the problems. Motherboard turned out to have some bad onboard video, but i plan on putting a pci-e vid card in it. I agreed that the end of the deal would be when the 3rd party gets it and tests it to be working.
