The first two packs that I bought from him never showed up. Apparently they got lost in the mail somewhere or else someone found the need to steal some chips of copper, heh. Anyways, he agreed to send two more packs free of charge. However, I didnt see it to be his fault being that it happened in transit, so I sent half the origional cost again to cover/help cover shipping. The second two sets arrived without problem.
