DVD was not sent as promised. Only after I asked 5 days later.He told me that he had not shipped yet. He promised to send 2 DVD\'s to make up for the problems. After repeated broken promises and lack of comunication I posted the problem on the For/Sale forum.
The next day (20 days later)the package was mailed. What a nightmare!

Deal start July 19,2003 with email of Marvelous from Hardforum.
I tested the mb before ship. Boot up fine. Upon arrival, Kyung test and said board cannot post. Arrange full refund. Got mb shipped back a week later at his cost. Upon tested, found out a connector wire on back of mb near PS connector blown out. Initially, I refused to refund totally because IMHO it was a user mistake or bad PS/ contact. Later i accept agreement/suggestion from forum member that file claim on carrier for insurance. On Aug 16, set back the orginal MO $45 to Kyung.
Not a good trader in my understanding. Do not give me full detail or honest answer. I will not trade with him again.
Insurance claim still processing (~60 days).

Initial exchanges on the deal were positive, buyer even stated upon receipt, \"that the drive was well packaged and delivered on time and working great.\" Buyer\'s communication was quick and pleasant.

However, approximately two weeks later, buyer contacts me to say that the drive is bad and his system is unstable. I guarantee all of my items sold to be non-DOA upon arrival and offer to refund his money, multiple times no less, if he returns the drive to me. Instead, I receive a litany of verbally abusive emails from the buyer with escalating accusations that I knowingly ripped him off. In that I stand by my guarantees and honor my word, the buyer has been refunded his original payment though I have no guarantee that I will ever see the drive again, much less that it will be in any state wherein I can RMA it to Hitachi.
