System has components as specified. I was not pleased with the case and PSU however. The case's front part would not stay on once I took it off and the power supply was so loud that I could not stand it. Since I did not specificly ask this question though I do not feel that bad heat is warrented. He did not lie to me or deceive me in any way. Good communication, fast shipping, and friendly service. Good guy. :)
