They were sent in a thin flat rate USPS envelope. The ram were just in plastic cases in the envelope with no packing at all. As a result, when one of the side seams tore, one of the heatspreaders was lost. Instead of apology or offer to replace or discount, I was told \"They\'ll run fine without the heatspreaders\". Luckily, the ram still works minus one HS despite packaging.
