The board was damaged in shipping, The damage was not readily visible. I shipped the board with the HSF's still attached and one came off in shipping.. and bounced around in the box .....clearly my fault.

He went out of his way to make the combo operational, but alas, all efforts failed.

He returned the board to me promptly ,
When I recieved the board I noticed that a few of the caps had been damaged by the HSF falling off, again, not his fault.
He waited very patiently for a refund and not once got upset about the situation.

An overall EXCELENT trader, Im not sure everyone faced with this situation would have handled it so well.....Thanks again for being so patient and understanding of the situation...
