This person went way beyond what was needed. Card was lost due to post office damage of the envelope. When I informed them of the fact, they were able to find an even larger 128 Meg card and sent it at no additional charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough! We agreed on a deal 7/31, drive finally arrived 8/13. To his credit, he stated that he wanted to wait for another drive to arrive "any day now" so he could use the packaging from it but IMHO, it took a bit long to ship. Had I known it would be a nearly 2 week wait for this to arrive, I would have moved on. I should have asked for more details but he also should have communicated better through the process. Still a good seller overall, just needs better communication and more details of what "any day now" really means.
