Good communication, shipping time was good. RAM was packed in a standard plastic holder, the bare CPU however was only wrapped in a small strip of foam secured with tape. I would have preffered that the CPU was protected better and the items were mailed in a box and not loose in a flimsy (the non-cardboard style) 8.5\" x 11\" priority envelope. Good communication, good items, good transaction overall, packaging was only fair though.
