I traded him a 8.4 gig and 6.5 gig HD and an ATX power supply for a 20.5 udma-66 HD he had. I sent first since he had more refs. During shipping one HD got knocked around a bit, instead of stoppping the trade he went through with the deal and I just mailed him a check to cover shipping to RMA the HD. His HD came in to me in great shape and is perfect. He kept constant email contact and was very professional. A++
