Great seller, he shipped very fast and the phone was packed very well. The communication back and forth with crispyb on [H]ardForum was great and he was very responsive to all of my questions. He provided helpful tips prior to receiving the item and then again after I received the item, and offered if I had any questions or run into any issues to let him know. As this would be my first experience with a custom Android ROM, I asked him to update it to the latest version that was just released and he updated it and let me know. The first full day of testing the phone I discovered while running benchmarks that the model I received was not actually a OnePlus 3T which it was listed as on [H], but was actually a OnePlus 3, which crispyb did not realize when listing the item for sale, an honest mistake. I had researched the two models prior to buying the phone, and knew the differences. He offered a partial refund for this and I agreed to it and received it quickly the same day. I have had no issues with the phone and it works excellent. I would certainly deal with again!
