Items as described, mb damaged in transit (box crushed by UPS) but ram, cpu/hsf arrived unscathed. He added an older AGP card for free. He also initiated the claim with UPS and handled all paperwork and issued me a full refund for the damaged board. Excellent communications throughout the transaction. I\'d deal with him again.
