After I got the drive I had some problems getting it to play DVDs correctly - it turned out to be an odd jumper setting that I had overlooked. Eric was great on the communication during my problem; he wanted to help me make the drive work. I''d have no hesitation buying, selling, or cross-trading with Eric in the future.
