Inwin Q500 case.. "never got there"..

Supposidely, the case never showed up, after trying to track it down with no sucess, requested a refund. Refund was sent on 10/3, which he claims never showed up.. First this guy "doesnt get the case".. then mysteriously "doesnt get the refund"... Im beginning to see a pattern here. Now I'm screwed out of the case, the $40 for the case, and the $20 to ship the case.

A typo between AGP and PCI occurred. This was _not_ through malicious intent, but rather a simple typo. As such, a neutral rating.
