I paid 13 dollars for a NV silencer. After payment, he shipped it promptly and it arrived a lot eariler then I expected. When I recieved the package, I noticed that the Silencer was missing a key backplate and one of the screw mounts was broken off, rendering the heatsink useless. I promtply contacted him and we settled out a partial refund for the product, even allowing me to keep the product until further notice to lessen the damage of the partial refund.
