Emission was very prompt with his payment and communication. The card unfortunately arrived to him in tampered condition. The packing material was removed from the outer box and mounting bracket on the GPU to bend. Thankfully the card was functional and he was able to bend the mounting bracket back into place. Fedex came through on the insurance claim and I was able to send the insurance funds to him.
