A great guy to deal with here, and he stands by his word. I bought the ram from him and he shipped it promptly and well packaged. When I tested the ram, 1 stick started throwing memtest errors. I contacted Harlem and he immediately offered to refund my money plus cover my postage to mail the ram back. And he is as good as his word and did both. I would trade with Harlem any time in the future.
