The phone came with the GPS non-functional. He claims it was fully working for him before he shipped it. I thought it might be a regional thing but I went from the west coast to the east coast and had the same issues. He claims the phone was sold as is, and thus doesn't feel obligated to take responsibility. However, even if you sold it as is, you should still deliver the product as described.

Edit: I bought a replacement GPS board and it worked. So the one included in the phone that I received was indeed defective.
