This may be his first Heat, but Fernando handled the transaction like a pro. We swapped a couple PMs, and then I called him on his cel. We worked a few details and he was willing to ship first since he had not been established. He shipped an hour after I got off the phone via USPS Priority on a Saturday from NY and I had it on Monday in LA - nice. Chip arrived exactly as described.
