I purchased a set of two 4 GB RAM sticks from him in late December, but wasn't able to test them until much later, when I found they were incompatible with the ones I had installed (same model, different batch.) After some talking I asked if I could return them and purchase another set of RAM (16 GB) by covering the extra cost. He agreed, and we exchanged the RAM without any further hardware issues.

The man is incredibly patient and I'm glad he helped me out from beginning to end. I recommend him as a very honest seller.
