I was planning to buy a new laptop and was keen to kit it out with 8Gb Ram right off the bat. Saw K's FS thread and these babys worked out a little cheaper then the UK prices and since i wasnt in a hurry for the new ram, I didnt really mind waiting a week or to for it to arrive. By the time it did a arrive. around a week later. I still hadnt picked up my new laptop due to funds being needed else where. So i wasnt able to test them out until earlier today when i picked my laptop up from the shop.

I am pleased to say that the ram works very well. the full 8Gb registers in the bios. 7.6Gb registers in Windows as im using an AMD E-350 APU.

I thought i wouldnt be able to get the new laptop for 2 more weeks but some people owed me a few favours.
