Since I did not have alot of heatware, we agreed that I woudl ship first since this was an expensive item. He agreed to send me some of the total to my paypal account,and then send the rest upon recieving the item. We communictaed via the phone, and through emails. He kept me well updated on everything. Only problem that occured was made by ups, which he was quick to follow up on and fix,which saved me time. Overall this was a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
