Item arrived as described and while packaging allowed a few plastic parts to rattle around, nothing was damaged and everything was included (except the manual, but who needs a manual for a case). He made a commitment to ship within 48 hours of payment but due to an error on UPS\' part, shipment was delayed. He could have done well to update me on the situation but none the less the item still arrived in a timely manner and as advertised. Great guy, would do business with him again.
