Things were very smooth at the get go. I paid and he FedExed. That's when things starting getting quite rough though. Some moron at the FedEx counter typed in the wrong zip code for the label even though Eli affixed the correct address and everything. A week and a half later, still no RAM. FedEx says it's lost and they'll get it to me by the end of week two. No RAM at the end of week two. Now, FedEx is trying my patience. All through out this, Eli maintained excellent communication through not only PMs but also several long distance calls. In fact, he went out of his way to do anything possible to get me my RAM. Through some hard work and research done on the AT forums, he was able to get a hold of a supervisor's number and lo and behold they found my package and overnighted it to me. So after about three weeks I did get my RAM in excellent condition due to the great packaging. All in all, I would not hesitate for one second to deal with Eli in the future. He's definitely one of the best and most professional traders I've every dealt with. Thanks for the deal man!!!

The motherboard was shipped USPS Priority in a single box only. On arrival the box was in good condition. However the aftermarket Zalman HSF on the northbridge was damaged. No other visible damage found. Eli shipped out the stock HSF and clips and I promptly replaced it. I have tested it only for a few days and so far so good. Thanks.
