Steve had good communication throughout the whole transaction. He had a problem with his HD which caused him to lose my address, which delayed the shipping date, (which was no problem) but he more than made up for it by guaranteeing it @ 892 @ 1.7v, and sent it next day air so it would arrive on the same day as originally scheduled. I had a few problems with the CPU (all of which were not his fault) and he talked me through it step by step. GREAT GUY, would trade with him again in a heartbeat.
