I'd ordered an unlocked chip and ram, but the chip that showed up turned out to be still locked. Steve was really helpful in PMs and stuff, and once we realized from testing that it was indeed locked, he apologized much and said he wanted to make it right! He offered to send me another chip(unlocked) and then have me send the locked one back, once I'd gotten the 2nd chip. As it turns out, I was able to return my board that I'd gotten locally and get one to support the locked chip. It's now running great at 1.39 GHz, and that only because my video card is at it's limit.. the chip itself will go higher.
Kudos to Steve for really caring and wanting to make the customer #1 !! He'll get my future oc'd chip buys - no question!!! A+
