There was somewhat of a mix-up, as he sold the drive (accidentally) to someone else after I sent payment. But he dealt with it very honestly, offering to return the money or send alternate items, and kept me very well informed. Eventually he was able to track down an alternate, roughly equivalent (actually slightly larger!) drive. I am very impressed with his handling of the entire situation.
