I first bought a 170 retail but it was dropped and damaged by Zeldor while packaging, he refunded my money immediately and sent me the notification. A+ Accidents happen, delays occur, but as long as a person keeps the other party updated, it\\\'s great. He offered me other options at good price to make up for the deal that went bad (he offered them to me at his cost price). He added an Arctic Freezer 64 with the CPU for free as well.

The new shipment was also delayed because of the MO storm (he had to go take care of his Mom who was in Emergency zone without power) but he kept me updated all the time, even when he was away his wife sent the update to me about the delay. I did recieve the items yesterday, and the CPU and the cooler works great.
