I had a couple of nearly-identical WD external hard drives laying around. Patrick had wanted the one with the built-in card reader but that one had just gotten sold and I didn\'t even realize which one he had been wanting due to being in the midst of a horrible week on my end.

I shipped him the standard 250gb dual-interface external drive and then he alerted me about the missing card reader functionality when he received it. He was extremely understanding and patient as I offered him several scenarios to rectify the problem & he was very cool about it. I shipped him an external multi-card reader drive to make up for the missing one on the WD drive and it all turned out fine for both parties in the end. Great experience & a great guy all around. I\'d gladly do another deal with him anytime. Let\'s hope we both have better weeks ahead of us! A+
