Seller was very friendly and quick with correspondence, and shipped as soon as he was able. Item was received quickly and was well-packed, however it did not function upon arrival. I am very understanding about electronics, they work one day and the next they don't, so I didn't hold this against the seller. Seller was very understanding about it, and issued a refund immediately.

Given the chance, I would definitely do business with Brian again. He stayed friendly through the entire ordeal, always answered PMs quickly, and was an overall pleasure to work with.
