Communication was fantastic and shipping the item out was very fast, closed the deal quickly and without issue. I did have a strange unexpected occurrence where it appeared that the courier had mishandled the package (it appeared to be tampered with), and xBanzai89 was very helpful in investigating the claims process and getting a claim started. I ultimately decided not to follow through with the claim, given that the card did still show up in working order and reasonably good condition (with a slightly bent PCI-E bracket that was very easy to fix and the damage was not noticeable at all). It was purchased as a holiday gift for a sibling, and I didn't want to risk not having a gift to give (since the package would have to go back to the courier for investigation, not worth it for a card in good shape that works fine and is rare). Thankfully xBanzai89 was very helpful through the whole process and I'm still ultimately happy with the transaction. Thank you, and happy holidays!
