I purchased 5 delta fans from the seller, they arrived in good condition but I noticed the cord was really short and wouldn't reach most motherboards, so i contacted him about this and he apologized for not mentioning this in the description and sent me an extra fan + a lot of 3pin extension cords for free.
What more could you ask from a seller? :)
