Package arrived swiftly and had sufficient bubble wrap to protect the contents. One part of the extra bezel was damaged, but it was extra, totally not required. The other part of the bezel is still useful. The drive works perfectly. The only reason this is neutral is because instead of the advertised 16x drive it was a 12x. Although it is fine with me, I think it still should be noted. He graciously offered to "do whatever you want me to do," but I didn't really care for it. It was just a little mistake and probably an isolated incident. Excellent seller overall.
