If I could leave a +5 heatware I would! I bought an MX-1 from AJ and he forgot to send the hard drive screws. He sent them and then the post office screwed up and lost them in transit. AJ called up Antec and got me replacement screws and re-sent them to me in no time. I cannot say enough about how smooth this transaction went even though there was a small hiccup in shiping. A+ man. I would buy anything I needed that this guy would sell. :)
