Item arrived in original packaging with an outer box. UPS crushed the outer box, the inner box was unharmed. One small plastic clip broke, unfortunately for me it happened to be the clip which holds the IOH heatsink, after doing some research I bought a different intel heatsink and modded it to work beatifully as a replacement, no more plastic clips. Hello spring-loaded screws. Mobo posted on 1st attempt, Hope to do business with again.
