Bought a "sealed and unactivated" copy of MS Word 2002.

When I got it, it was an OEM copy that was originally installed on a Sony Viao computer and would not allow me to install it on my computer as it had already been activated on the original Sony. I tried to resolve the situation with Jon Haymans (the seller) but he stopped emailing me after four weeks. I paid him $40 for the Word 2002 and still haven't been able to use the product. I am very disappointed (as I am out $40) and would not recommend dealing with him based on my experience. It has been eight weeks now - I tried to give him ample time to offer some resolution before I posted feedback.
