Seller communicated fairly well. He warned me upfront that the transaction was at a bad time and he would probably be in the process of moving in when he received my payment. While packaging my items, he realized he could no longer locate the cooler and contacted me immediately. He offered me a full refund or just a refund for the cooler and to continue to mail the rest. I opted to continue and take a partial refund for the cooler. He immediately refunded the cost of the cooler and shipped the remaining items very promptly. This Evaluation is very very long overdue. I do apologize for that.

I purchased a used card from Nanoscale on November 11, 2011 when I first inquired about the card I remember him telling me that he did not have a box for it. It was fine for me as long as it was well-packed. When the card had arrived about 4 days later To my surprise it was in a box I was glad at first but then when I actually paid attention to the box it was a box for a MSI 6870.... At this moment I was like WTF!!! Don't tell me I've been scammed!!! Though after opening the box It turned out to be a 6970 with accessories included. He did give me a mini-heart attack though. Anyways the reason for the delay on this evaluation was because I had heating issues with this card when I had installed a water block on it and that was because I had been using the incorrect Thermal Pad size. After replacing the Pads the card seems to work just fine now. No heat issues.

Thx again. Would definitely buy again from him.
