Seller communicated fairly well. He warned me upfront that the transaction was at a bad time and he would probably be in the process of moving in when he received my payment. While packaging my items, he realized he could no longer locate the cooler and contacted me immediately. He offered me a full refund or just a refund for the cooler and to continue to mail the rest. I opted to continue and take a partial refund for the cooler. He immediately refunded the cost of the cooler and shipped the remaining items very promptly.
