Great person - would not hesitate to deal with again in the future. Returned Nexus 4 to stock but did not verify capacity on the device while rushing to get the device shipped out before the weekend. When he received it and it showed 8GB anyone would have freaked out. I explained to him that it is in fact a 16GB device and provided instructions on performing a wipe.
