I prepaid via PayPal, and communication was good throughout. I was a little disappointed to see that the disk was recertified (this was not in the item description) and packed somewhat improperly. Most traders with Heat as high as his tend to get offended when presented with such concerns; however, to Absar's credit he was very receptive to suggestions on how to pack disks better and more completely describe items in the future. Ultimately the disk works 100% and, though recertified, has 2yrs warranty left so I am satisfied. Would not hesitate to deal with him again. :)
