Promised numerous shipping dates but did not ship. Router was recieved ~2 weeks after payment and was busted(not his fault). Returned, and recieved no response until i pmed. Took ~2 more weeks to get him to ship. He had no excuse for not shipping, he had started a new fs/t thread and shipped someone else's goods before mine. Gave excuses: lost job, and getting married. Fine and congradulations, but did not communicate or honor his promised shipping dates. Still waiting on refund on shipping which he promised. Began Transaction on 8-13 evening.
I shipped first on 8-15 with the understanding that once he received and inspected the cooler he would let me know and he would send the payment via paypal.
On 8-21 I checked the tracking number and saw that it was delivered on the 18th, with no word from him that it arrived. I contacted him, thinking there might be something wrong. He said he didn't have time to install it. I asked why he didn't have let me know it arrived alright
8/24 he finally installed it and was ready to send the payment, but somehow he didn't know to send it to my paypal address, which I had sent to him no less than 4 times.

While I did get paid the amount I asked for, all this led to a frustrating experience for me. I recommend that you not ship first to this buyer or pay first to this seller.
