I was skeptical of buying such an expensive item from a person with little HeatWare feedback, but decided to take the chance. Boiler was originally going to ship my package on Monday, but gave me a pleasant surprise by shipping it on Friday instead. I received the phone on Monday instead of having it ship on Monday. It arrived in a well-packaged box, in good functioning order.

Upon inspecting the phone, I discovered that it had an SLCD screen, not the AMOLED screen that boiler had confirmed this phone to have. He offered to give me a refund for his error. After researching the differences, I decided to keep the phone, since the screen difference isn't that big a deal. Make sure you ask boiler about what you're buying if there are multiple versions.

In my experience, boiler had great communication skills, shipped promptly, and cares about buyer satisfaction. Boiler seems to stand by his transactions and items, just make sure you know what you're getting.
