i listed a generic Ad with the specs of the laptop and the selling price. He PM me asking to purchase it. He did not ask for condition/pictures of the laptop and just want to purchase it and wants me to ship it out right away during the holiday which i did.

As soon as he received it, he complained to me that the condition of the laptop is bad and he would never buy it if he knows. Well he should have ask for condition and pictures of what he is buying before he wasted my time/money sending it out. I still offer him a refund minus shipping if he send it back but he is very rude and threating to go paypal dispute. I even compromise with him that i'm willing to give him a full refund once he ship back the laptop to me but he's still being very rude and not willing to work things out.

If you are looking to make a deal with an unreasonable person who is rude/ threaten you with dispute if there is issue and not willing to work things out/ threaten you with negative feedback/ impulsive buyer who don't question before purchase--- then he's perfect for that

If i know how he is i would never sell anything to him.

Btw- The guy posted on my heat saying that the charger i sent to him is generic- he obviously did not know that Dell rebrand charger. the 240 watts is from a Dell docking station so it's genuine dell

Asked for additional pictures, and got them very quickly. I purchased the drive and there was a delay of 1 day with the shipping that the seller let me know right away. very quick communication. got TN and was waiting for it to arrive and it got here a day early, but the post office said it was no where near me. it was either the wrong TN, or the post office messed up their scan somewhere along the line. but since the item arrived working and sooner than expected I really can't complain.
I'm sure that if I had noticed it earlier, or if there was any issue, the seller would have given me the correct TN and taken steps to resolve the issue.
I would certainly trade again.
