He sent me a Sony CDRW originally, but it was lost in the mail (has still failed to show up), so he sent me another (the Plex). Now Lou did not have to send me a replacement. I opted to skip insurance, and as the 1st drive was lost, Lou was not required to send another, but he was very generous and did so. This speaks volumes about his ethics as a trader, and a person. We are currently working out the details to even this up, but his patience and standards as a trader are evident.
