The case arrive damaged due to massive f-upery by UPS. He paid UPS to package the case and ship it, and they did a deplorable job with the packaging so the case arrived damage. It was still useable, but the backside door was dented and I had to order a new front fascia for it.

He was a stand-up seller though and offered a prompt partial refund of the case without going through UPS claims first, which I was happy with. I would definitely work with him in the future.
