Case was used, and arrived quickly in mint condition as described. Upon checking the parts, I noticed some HDD screws were missing, as well as the HDD hot swap bracket. Velkruel immediately mailed me the screws, and because he could not locate it, refunded me enough to buy a new bracket. I'd say that is above and beyond the call of duty. Trustworthy seller, great and timely communication, and I'd happily do business again. Thanks!
