This guy is an absolutely stand up guy. He actually hand delivered the monitor to me all the way from Stanford. CT to Brooklyn, NY with his family in tow. Now that is next-day shipping in the best terms. That is absolutely bonkers. The monitor was in mint condition and was absolutely flawless with no dead pixels and minimal IPS glow. I'm glad I don't have to go through the panel lottery with this monitor.
