Paul was awesome to deal with an extremely responsive to PMs. We worked out a deal for him to install a retail copy of WinXP Pro on the system for me, which I ended up mailing to him. Once the system was done he promptly mailed everything back to me packaged extremely well and provided tracking info. Paul is a class act and I must say that the inside of the system is completely immaculate. He really takes pride in his work and it really shows when you look at the cable routing, copious use of wire ties, and general cleanliness of the install.
